Cry!

Some people say...those who cry are weak! Some also say...crying is just a woman habit!

Well...whatever! I don't think so! crying is one of the best therapy!

While I'm in cloud of sadness... feeling down and much depressed, what I do is cry! When the tears burst out...or maybe I cry out loud....I feel that the negative feeling will be out to!

Just finished reading an article in RAPI (15 August 2010) and I have read these wonderful tips of how to burn 200 kcal... I love it!

Skipping for 15 min

Play 'gasing' for 15 min

Step aerobic for 20 min

Ice skating for 20 min

Running for 20 min

Playing badminton for 60 min

Wall climbing for 20 min

Dance for 30 min

Cleaning your kitchen for 90 min

Walking for 35 min

Jumping on your bed for 50 min


Those are just some of the ways...the question is, 'is burning the calories hard or not?'

My face routine

Having a glorious and wonderful face skin are most of women dream! That's our nature...to look beauty..feel good..and act wonderfully.. Some might not agree...that why i said 'most of women dream'!

And...yes... i myself...really love to look pretty..i wont deny it for sure! what did i do? very simple..and im sure most of us knew it...I NEVER SKIP THESE 3 MAGIC STEPS!

1. Cleansing

This is a must! No matter how tired..or busy...or etc..never went to bed without cleansing the face properly! And..talking about 'properly'...we should remove the make up first (if we applied one) then wash it. I doubt about this once...till one day...i unwillingly invited the acne to come...just because i did not cleanse my face after time...huhu...

2. Toning

There are a lot toner in drug store...just choose one! Toner help me to remove the remaining dirt on my face and i realize that....applying this consistently help me to reduce my pores size. I also did not realize this until somebody say so..

3. Mosturising

This step is also a must even for oily skin like mine! because if our skin dehydrate..it will cause more problem..

Drink a lot of water

Stay health is everybody's dream. How to do that? There are thousand of ways...but, I love this one.. Just get enough water daily. It will help me to stay hydrated and 'diluted' the toxic...;p
